Rehabilitation Network consultants work to a 'best practice' assessment and case management model. Our vocational rehabilitation assessments and reports are designed to assist with timely return to work.

We help employees back to work by:

  • Spending up to 2 hours with an employee hearing their 'story', asking them about their work and any difficulties they think they will have in going back to work

  • Talking to key people for example Line Managers and HR professionals about how a return to work would best fit in with the organisation

  • Considering the employees individual circumstance, culture, duties and work place

  • Looking at all the pieces of the jigsaw and putting them together in a report and plan that is tailored to the employee and employer's needs

  • Co-ordinating or undertaking a range of treatments e.g. CBT, physiotherapy, anxiety management etc; assessments e.g. job demands analysis, worksite assessment, vocational assessment and; interventions e.g. stress management strategies and job seeking

  • Case management of an employee's rehabilitation plan and development and monitoring of their graded return to work plan
