RNL consultants work to a 'best practice' assessment and case management model. Our vocational assessments and reports are designed to assist with return to pre-disability or alternative work.
Assessments can include:
- Injury / disability background and current medical synopsis
- Personal functioning and impact on current / alternative work
- Evaluation of employment attributes against job and workplace demands
- Strengths and barriers for a return to work
- Recommendations including vocational rehabilitation strategies such as appropriate work activities, careers counselling, job seeking or recovery orientated strategies
