RNL consultants work to a 'best practice' assessment and case management model. Our case management services have been designed to be proactive, focused on individual need and positive return to work outcomes.
Case management can include:
- Employer liaison including development and monitoring of Graded Return to Work plans
- Career planning including job/person match and labour market analysis
- Job seeking assistance and linking with appropriate local vacancy services
- Program co-ordination including support and assistance to establish a work goal and arranging voluntary work
