Training and Mentoring

Rehabilitation Network has been working with a number of Universities and Independent Training providers to develop courses for staff working in disability employment and return to work programmes. Our mentoring and training programme content covers Personal Advisor; Vocational Rehabilitation assessment, planning, case management; and graded return to work skills.

We have successfully designed and delivered mentoring and training to staff from occupational health organisations, insurance companies, rehabilitation service providers, charities and employers for example Human Resources and Line Management.

To date Rehabilitation Network course content has been the basis for Vocational Rehabilitation programmes in Austria, Estonia, Greece, Spain and Turkey.

We have a track record of providing training and mentoring for European countries:

• 2011 – Tootukassa (Tallinn, Estonia)
  
  Training and mentoring project for Estonian Job Centres led by Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants. The project concentrates on helping Team Leaders to develop their skills in vocational goal setting, work focused assessment, case management, job placement skills and training design techniques through face-to-face training, online support and mentoring.
